Are you a collection agency?
No. Autonom Collect is reminder software. We help you send professional follow-up emails about your own invoices. We do not buy debt, harass debtors, or act as a third-party collections firm.
Who do the emails come from?
Emails are sent as you (your business / your address or a connected mailbox), to your customers. Recipients see a normal follow-up from their vendor—not a scary “collections” brand.
Will you spam my customers?
No. Sequences are capped, scheduled, and stop when an invoice is paid or you pause them. You choose who is enrolled. We design for clarity and respect— not volume.
Can customers pay through Autonom Collect?
Stripe payment links and in-flow payment are on the roadmap. Today the focus is reliable reminder sequences; payment collection will follow in a later release.
