Terms
These terms cover use of the Autonom Collect marketing website and waitlist. They are written in plain language on purpose. Paid product terms will be published separately when the product launches.
What Autonom Collect is (and is not)
Autonom Collect is software intended to help businesses send payment reminder emails about their own invoices. We are not a collection agency. We do not purchase debt, threaten legal action on your behalf, or act as your lawyer or financial advisor.
The website and waitlist
- The site is provided “as is” for informational purposes.
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date.
- Prices shown (e.g. Pro $49/mo, DFY setup $99) are planned figures and may change before launch.
- Provide accurate contact details if you submit the form.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the site (scraping that harms the service, attempts to break security, spam)
- Submit others’ personal data to the waitlist without a lawful basis
- Imply that Autonom Ops is collecting debts as a licensed agency
Emails and compliance (when the product is live)
When Autonom Collect sends reminders, you remain responsible for having a legitimate reason to contact your customers, for the content you approve, and for complying with applicable email, consumer, and collections laws in your jurisdiction. Reminder tooling does not transfer that responsibility to us.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by Autonom Ops or its licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial reuse without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autonom Ops is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this marketing site or waitlist. Our total liability for claims relating to this site is limited to zero dollars for free waitlist use, or the amount you paid us (if any) in the three months before the claim—whichever is greater under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
No warranties
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or that planned features (including Stripe payments) will ship on a particular date.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top will reflect revisions.
